How to activate my WestStein Prepaid Gift card?

1. First download the WestStein app from the stores or use the web page.
2. Then open the "Registration" form in app or “Register Card” in web page. You will need the mobile phone that you used to activate your WestStein card. You will be sent a verification code.
3. Enter you WestStein prepaid gift card details.
4. Then fill in your personal information and create a username and password to connect to your "My Account" space.

How to create a My Account section on weststeincard.com?

1. Go to www.weststeincard.com, in the upper right corner click "Open an account".
2. Then fill in your personal information. Next, enter your WestStein prepaid gift card information. You will need the mobile phone that you used to activate your WestStein card. A verification code will be sent to you.
3. Then enter the code from your voucher to top up your prepaid WestStein* gift card.

*Voucher code - printed code on your receipt.

How to upgrade your profile to 100% (to KYC level)?

1. Upload identity documents - passport/identity card.
2. Complete video verification.

That's it, your profile is 100% verified! In the next few minutes, you will receive a notification about a successful check.
